At One Roof Home, we want paying for your order to be quick, simple and secure. This policy sets out the payment methods we accept and how your payment is handled.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion fees.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST and, where relevant, PST or QST) are calculated based on your delivery address and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When you're charged

Payment is taken when you place your order.
Your order moves into processing once payment has been successfully received.
We never store your full card details.

Payment security

All transactions are handled by trusted payment providers and protected by SSL encryption, so your personal and payment information stays secure from checkout to confirmation.

Order verification

To protect you and us from fraud, we may carry out verification checks on some orders and may contact you for additional information. If a payment can't be verified, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Declined or failed payments

If your payment doesn't go through:

Double-check that your card and billing details are entered correctly
Contact your bank or card provider to make sure the payment isn't being blocked
Try a different payment method

Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy and are always returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
